Stella has practiced law in Uganda (Kampala) and Tanzania (Dar-Es-Salaam) and is associated with a premier law firm in Kampala, Arcadia Advocates. She has a Masters Degree in Law (Economic & Integration Law) and is a graduate of the UK based Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators which specializes in Corporate Board Governance
